Getting to Aquaria Phuket

Aquaria Phuket is on the basement floor (B1) of Central Phuket Floresta, on Vichitsongkram Road at the western edge of Phuket Town, 3 km from Old Phuket Town and 12 km from Patong Beach. Most visitors come by taxi or Grab.

From Patong by car or taxi

  1. Take a taxi or Grab to Central Phuket Floresta

    Name the Floresta wing, not Festival: the mall has two buildings on opposite sides of the road.

  2. Or drive and park at Floresta

    Parking is free in both wings, and spaces are easier to find at Floresta.

  3. Go down to floor B1

    The aquarium entrance is in the basement of the Floresta wing. From Festival, cross by the glass sky bridge.

  4. Collect your ticket at the counter

    Show your online voucher to get a physical ticket, then go in.

Free shuttle from Patong

Central Phuket runs a free shuttle from a stop near Bangla Walking Street in Patong. It leaves every hour or hour and a half from 11:00 to 19:00, and the last one back from the mall leaves at 20:30. Times change, so check them at the mall's information desk.

From Old Phuket Town

The mall is only 3 km away, a short taxi, Grab or tuk-tuk ride. The orange Phuket Airport Bus also stops at Surakul Stadium, under 10 minutes' walk from the mall.

Getting there: questions

Is there parking at Aquaria Phuket?

Yes. The aquarium uses the Central Phuket mall car parks, which are free. Park in the Floresta wing, where the aquarium is.

Is Aquaria in Central Festival or Central Floresta?

In Floresta, on the B1 floor. The two wings of Central Phuket are joined by a glass sky bridge, so you can also walk over from Festival.

Is the aquarium wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The route through the aquarium is wheelchair accessible.

Is there a transfer from my hotel?

Not with the standard ticket. Apart from the free mall shuttle from Patong, you get there on your own by taxi, Grab or rented transport.
